1. Purpose and scope
This policy covers how Maverick treats personal information collected to provide training through the ENGAGE site. Personal information is information about you that can be directly or indirectly personally identifiable such as your name, address, email address, phone number, an identification number, location data, etc. and that is not otherwise publicly available.
This policy applies to the Personal data of individuals that are previous or current customers of Maverick Solutions, visitors, or trainees using the services. This includes any Personal Data collected, used, or disclosed while visiting or using the ENGAGE site. Throughout your relationship with us, please keep us updated of any changes to your Personal Data, as it is important that any stored information remain up-to-date and accurate. If you have any changes to your Personal Data, would like to request the information that is stored, or have any questions or complaints, please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and your request will be processed.
ENGAGE is not intended for minors and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, or relating to, minors. If you are the parent or guardian of a minor and believe they have provided us personal information and would like it removed, please contact us at email@example.com and we will dispose of the minor’s information from our systems.
2. Information collection and use
2.1 What information is collected
ENGAGE collects and stores limited amounts of personal information (corporate email and company name) as well as monitors usage analytics, such as asset completion time, viewed assets, and asset view time. If you are a user receiving our training as a part of a client organization, your employer will have provided us with a limited amount of personal information, such as company assigned email address, for the enrollment process.
This information will be accessible by designated Maverick employees as well as the designated points of contact within the client’s organization (“Client POCs”). The information gained through monitoring will be used by Maverick for analytics purposes for future content development and updates. The use of the information obtained through monitoring is available to the Client POCs for use at their discretion, which may include, but is not limited to, performance reviews, task completion tracking, and training progress.
Reasonable security measures are put in place to prevent misuse of information, but Maverick Solutions cannot be held liable for the use or misuse of this information, as performed by the Client POCs, which may include, but is not limited to, termination or suspension of the user.

2.2 How your personal information is used
Personal information is stored and used in a limited capacity and with legitimate reasons. ENGAGE by Maverick may store the following:
- Corporate email
- Anonymous asset usage analytics
- Anonymous location data
Asset analytics and tracking are used by designated Maverick employees to gather information for the following purposes:
- Increase the quality of the training materials.
- Assess how valuable assets are based on usage.
Asset analytics can also be used by client POCs for the following purposes:
- Tracking training completion
- Determining if the training was taken correctly
- Reporting on performance improvement
2.3 How information is shared or disclosed
Maverick does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you have requested. We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Maverick under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help Maverick Solutions with service delivery.
Maverick’s digital adoption platform (DAP) partner has access to anonymized asset data to provide an analytics dashboard to authorized Maverick personnel, which can be organized and reported to Client POCs upon request, to measure successful adoption.
However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information. We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

2.5 Confidentiality and security
We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to access that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. These employees undergo security and privacy trainings prior to involvement with client information and stay up to date on current privacy and security regulations through recurring trainings. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect your personal information.
3. Privacy rights and compliance
3.1 Optional requests
At any time, you can request what information is collected and stored, request an update to incorrect or outdated information, request personal data be deleted, request your data not be processed, and withdraw your consent for the processing of your data where processing is reliant on your consent. Additionally, you may request your information be transferred to another organization if you wish to switch vendors. Please be aware that under no circumstances will a user be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

It is important to note that if processing is restricted, Maverick may not be able to provide access to ENGAGE or other services.

- The right to file a complaint with their regions data protection authority, and how to exercise the rights of data access, deletion, correction, objection, and consent withdrawal

- If data processing is automated and the logic and consequences for the user resulting from processing
After a user has received notice, the processing will not take place until after clear, concise, and unambiguous consent has been provided by the user to opt-in to processing.

If your complaint regarding the processing of personal data cannot be handled internally, Maverick Solutions will cooperate with the proper authority for your region to ensure your complaint is addressed.
3.4 Security breach protocol
Maverick solutions will notify the relevant authorities within 72 hours from when we are made aware of a security breach. Users will also be notified if there is ever any risk of your information being compromised.
3.5 Compliance audit procedure
To ensure continuous compliance with privacy laws and regulations, we perform annual audits on all security and privacy policies and practices.

Maverick Solutions will keep up to date records of:
- Audit reports
- Policy adjustments
- Purpose of data processing
- Documentation on security measures in place for the protection of personal data
This documentation regarding security practices performed by Maverick Solutions can be provided to the proper authorities upon request.
Maverick Solutions may update this policy. We will make updates by posting the revised policy to Engage. You will be notified directly via email if there is ever any change in how your private information is handled and prompted for consent, if required.
